1. Bookings & Service

Section Details
1.1 All bookings must be made online, via phone, or email. For online bookings, ensure to book at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, call directly.
1.2 We strive to collect and deliver vehicles on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as traffic, flight delays, or security alerts. At busy times, vehicle return may take up to two hours.
1.3 GREGG MAURICE reserves the right to reject any booking if the payment fails (from either the customer or the consolidator) or for other reasons.
1.4 We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to uncontrollable circumstances or other issues.
1.5 Due to the pandemic or local lockdowns, normal services may be suspended. Customers will need to pick up and drop off vehicles from our parking facility during these periods.

2. Payment

2.1 If your stay exceeds the booked period, there will be an additional charge of £20 per day, which must be paid before returning the vehicle. Non-payment could result in the vehicle being held, and after six months, it may be auctioned.
2.2 Full payment is due before the service starts.
2.3 A £20 fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned after midnight.
2.4 We are not responsible for any drop-off or short stay car park charges at Heathrow.
2.5 A £25 charge will be applied if your flight is delayed by more than two hours to cover additional costs.

3. Amendment & Cancellations

Section Details
3.1 Bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the service date for a full refund minus a £15 admin fee.
3.2 No refunds will be provided for cancellations or non-use of services within 72 hours of the scheduled travel time.
3.3 If you shorten your stay, you must pay for the entire service period originally booked.
3.4 Any changes made within 72 hours of departure or during the stay will incur a £20 fee for each amendment. All changes must be communicated via email.

4. Liabilities and other Terms

4.1 Our insurance covers legal liabilities.
4.2 Vehicles and contents are at the owner's risk while parked with us. Our insurance covers vehicle movement only.
4.3 Claims for damages must be reported immediately upon return of the vehicle. A written confirmation of damage must be obtained.
4.4 We are not liable for mechanical or electrical failures of your vehicle, including issues with tyres, alloys, or windscreens. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by natural events beyond human control (Acts of God), including but not limited to floods, storms, earthquakes, or lightning.
4.5 We are not responsible for any loss or damage unless caused by the negligence of our employees.

5. Exclusions and Limits to Our Responsibility

5.1 We are not responsible for damage or loss covered by your insurance.
5.2 We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of earnings due to damage or loss of the vehicle.
5.3 We will not pay more than £15,000 for any loss or damage to your vehicle.
5.4 We are not responsible for any interior condition issues or items left in the vehicle.
5.5 We will not cover any damage to tyres, alloys, or glass, regardless of whether it is noted on this document.
