Is advance booking necessary? It is highly recommended to make an advance booking to guarantee your parking space. While we do accept last-minute bookings, we cannot always ensure availability. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
What should I do if my flight is delayed or re-routed? We are continuously monitoring flight cancellations and delays. If necessary, we can return your vehicle to you at a time that suits you (T&C's apply). It is always a good idea to notify us of any significant changes to your flight schedule.
How can I cancel my booking? To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or contact form at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking are not eligible for a refund. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process, with a £15 administration fee deducted. Non-flexible bookings are non-refundable. For more information, please refer to the Payments and Refunds section of our website.
How much notice do I need to give before arriving at the airport? When heading to Heathrow Airport, please call us with 20 to 30 minutes' notice of your expected arrival time. We will then provide you with instructions on where to meet at your designated terminal.
Who will meet me at the airport? At the pre-arranged time, one of our representatives will be waiting to collect your vehicle from Heathrow Airport terminals. All our staff members wear company uniforms and carry ID passes for verification purposes.
Do you provide car cleaning services? While we do not offer car cleaning services through our website, we are happy to clean your car upon request.
Can I change my return date? Yes, you can change your return date. However, we strongly recommend informing us in advance to ensure your vehicle is returned to you as quickly as possible and to avoid any delays.
Why do you charge a booking fee? Our goal is to provide a convenient and reliable parking booking service. To achieve this, we invest significant resources in staffing, infrastructure, and banking services. The booking fee helps us ensure the best possible customer experience and security when you book with us.
Does the price include VAT? No, the price does not include VAT.
